Asia Live Tech has officially announced the acquisition of its company, along with its sister company Start Live Casino, by B2B Gaming.

B2B Gaming has been a rising force in the iGaming industry for some time and has engaged with ALT and SLC in closed meetings to acquire both companies. After considering the potential growth and the benefits this can bring to their customer base, ALT and SLC have officially completed their sale to B2B Gaming.

As part of the acquisition, B2B Gaming takes full ownership of all intellectual property, games, systems and properties of Asia Live Tech and Start Live Casino, directly serving their customers in the future. As part of the terms of the acquisition, staff from Asia Live Tech and Start Live Casino will be retained, meaning customers will still have a familiar face to deal with.

Senior management at Asia Live Tech and Start Live Casino will enter a six-month transition period to ensure B2B Gaming is aware of all corporate customers, ensuring the transition is smooth before ‘they don’t leave the company permanently. ALT and SLC expressed their best wishes for their future ventures and thanked them for their commitment over the years in developing Asia Live Tech and Start Live Casino into world-renowned companies.

The acquisition promises more offers and enhancements to existing Asia Live Tech and Start Live Casino customers, as well as B2B Gaming customers. The combination of systems with years of stability and new cutting-edge games means the limits are endless as the era of B2B gaming begins.

With this in mind and as agreed by the stakeholders, the acquisition will involve single brand management to avoid confusion among customers. Going forward, all branding will reflect B2B Gaming only, while the corporate websites of Asia Live Tech and Start Live Casino will soon be redirected to the official B2B Gaming website.

In a joint statement to customers, ALT and SLC said, “We care deeply about you and wish our customers continued growth and more success in the years to come. You are in good hands with B2B Gaming and you will certainly have more offers to take advantage of in the days to come.

They ended up reassuring customers that the decision had only been made after ensuring that the customers’ business interests would not be affected; instead, it would bring them more benefits.
