A chance is taken Mint to keep us in the Hamilton Placepot in the first learner handicap (2.15). His main rivals in the market are much more exposed and he should be able to maintain Ayr’s recent form with Retirement Beckons, who went on to win.
tribal hunter has good claims in the maiden 6f (2.45). The son of Sioux Nation comes out top on Racing Post Ratings and looks like a pending winner, with neither newcomer appealing much to the pedigree.
The 6f (3.15) handicap is an excellent opportunity for Mark’s choice. The six-year-old is back on a high after a strong third in the Great St Wilfrid last Saturday away from weight.
I will side Hi mister in handicap 5f (3.45) after his fourth at Intrinsic Bond at Thirsk was cleared at Ripon recently.
I want to Lumberjack to land the 1m3f maiden (4.15). He has a bit to find with Yorkindness but can do so assuming his first effort got him going.
Glam De Vega should be tough to stay out of bounds in the 1m1f (4.45) handicap. Her second at Walk Of Stars as a juvenile looks in hot form. Hortzadar dropped to its lowest rating in over three years and is also included.
